The Friends of the Kingston Public Library are selling pens in five fabulous colors: emerald green, ruby red, sapphire blue, tawny topaz and polished pewter.

Frederic C. Adams Public Library 100th Anniversary cup plates – $10

Cup plates were widely used in the 18th and 19th centuries, when hot tea was served in handless cups and poured into saucers to cool. Tea was drunk from the saucer while the cup was placed on a cup plate to protect the table.

The molds for these commemorative cup plates were  engraved in the traditional method:  free-hand directly in steel, with hammer and chisel. Each cup plate is hand pressed in 34% lead crystal.

The Jones River Through Time notecards – $15

Based on a mural created in 2001 to celebrate Kingston’s 275th anniversary, the Jones River Through Time notecards feature seven different imagined views of the River’s history. Each set contains 14 colorful cards. A history of the mural is included.

Marshall Joyce print

Delano’s Wharf giclee print – $125

Picture perfect, this Kingston landmark is beautifully captured by the late Kingston artist Marshall Joyce. Each unframed print measures 18″ x 27.” Only 48 signed and numbered prints were produced, and they are only available at the Library.
