Point o' the Nook, literally the end of the Rocky Nook, on the east side of the mouth of Jones River, where the summer colony sprang up some years since. The Big Sedge Flat and the Gunning Rock are also features on that side of the river. The fishing Rocks adjoin, and the point was part of the farm John Howland farmed in early days. This area was also called Watson's Point.
