Across Massachusetts children are in need of a caring foster family. When parents and relatives aren’t able to provide the proper care and support for a child, the Department of Children and Families looks to foster families for help.
The Kingston Public Library, will host a Foster Parent Information Session at 6 p.m. February 18 for residents interested in becoming a foster parent.
Attendees can learn about the process of becoming a foster parent, get information about foster parent training, and find resources about foster parent support programs. Additionally, there will be a foster parent available to answer any questions. Registration is requested and can be completed on the form below or by calling the library at 781-585-0517.
