Please be advised that Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States of America flag and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts flag be lowered to half-staff from sunrise until sunset at all state buildings on Monday, January 25th, the day of interment, in honor of Staff Sergeant James Lynch Wento, US Army, a native of Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 5, 2021 in South Korea. ... In recognition of Gary Gekow's upcoming programs, this week's Universal Class course of the week is a two for one special. Resume Writing & Interview Skills.

Gary will be talking about Resume Writing tonight at 6:00 PM and Tips for Virtual Interviewing on February 8 at 6:00 PM. To register for either program, go to this link: tinyurl.com/y33xkd6b

These Universal Class courses could be a useful supplement to the programs and they're free with your Kingston Public Library card.

The Kingston Animal Shelter has been SO lucky to receive such generous donations from so many friends & businesses within our community! Thank you to ALL who have donated to our shelter- big & small! Our Wet Nose Pet Food Bank is VERY well stocked with pet food & goods and we are ready to provide food bank services to anyone in need, call for an appointment! Special shout outs to Berrybrook School, Goodrich Lumber (a whole pallet delivered to the shelter!), A Dog’s World Unleashed, Pet Supplies Plus - Plymouth, MA, Target Store Kingston, Big Y World Class Market, The Boneyard Dog Park (Leslie & Andy), SmartPak, and many more! ... So wonderful!! And I’d like to just take a minute to thank David Gilmore and the Kingston Collection crew. They have been extraordinary in accommodating the space needs of so many over the last several months. Many groups (and town meetings) would not have had continuity without the generosity and flexibility of the Kingston Collection. Happy Holidays!!
