The Kingston Public Library’s Summer Reading Program has started! This program is for children entering K through 6 in the fall and will run until August 15. When you sign up, you’ll get a goodie bucket and your choice of a free book!  Then, when you complete your book bingo or 4 activities online you can choose another free book!  We will have a list of book titles to give away in the coming days, and we’ll be in touch soon when your goodie bucket is ready.  Your goal is to read 900 minutes by August 15.

Participants in this years program can record their reading online through Beanstack, or by using a paper log that they can pick up at the library.  This year The Kingston Public Library Foundation will be donating money to the Kingston Animal Shelter based off our reading minute totals, so make sure to log your reading!

AudiencePlaceGen. desc.Reso. typeInfo. type

This is a proposed streamlined version of categories.

Each post should have categories from each column so that it shows up on the page(s) that call it.

Each super-category (heading of the table)  has at least one associated page that aggregates posts as they’re made.

Featured is for specific audience pages (kids page, teen page); front is for the main landing page of the whole site.  The ordinals are for specific placement.
